This is a totally unique workshop, in which visitors are able to experience making samples of tempura, lettuce, ramen by using wax and parfait etc. by using resin. Japanese food samples are, of course, highly popular as souvenirs. Take home the samples you make and keep them as a souvenir from your travels.
